Marc Jochemich is the Head of the Washington Office of the German Aerospace Center (DLR), Germany’s Space Agency and Europe’s biggest research center for Aeronautics and Space. Before taking this position Marc worked in the Department for International Relations at DLR’s Headquarter in Cologne as Regional Manager for Canada, Latin America, Middle East, Africa and Southern Asia. He joined DLR in 2007 as Manager at DLR Space Agency, Department for EU Affairs and National Contact Point Space. Before joining DLR Marc was a project manager in Technology Transfer and Entrepreneurship and worked as a researcher at University of Munich. Marc holds a diploma in Geography from the University of Bonn and a Master in Business Research from the Ludwig-Maximilians University Munich.
