Paul Engola is the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) and head of Business Partnerships at Leidos. In this role, he is responsible for implementing and enhancing the human capital strategy for the company’s global workforce, as well as leading Corporate Real Estate and Facilities and Security.

Operations. Previously Engola served as Deputy President for Leidos’ Defense and Intelligence Group, delivering complex solutions and services to defense and intelligence customers worldwide.

Prior to that, Engola was Senior Vice President, Transportation & Financial Solutions for Leidos’ Civil Group, providing mission-critical systems for government transportation, commerce and financial services customers. He held the same position within Lockheed Martin Information Systems & Global Solutions, which merged with Leidos in August 2016.

For more than a decade, Engola served in various leadership positions within Lockheed Martin Space Systems Company, including as Vice President, Coherent Technologies; Director, West Coast Operations for Civil Space; and Program Director in the Special Programs line of business. Before joining Lockheed Martin, Engola was a business strategy consultant with The Boston Consulting Group. He spent much of his early career in program execution within the aerospace industry, first at Hughes Space and Communications Company and later at Space Systems/Loral.

Engola earned a Bachelor of Science degree in aeronautics and astronautics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, a Master of Science degree in aerospace engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, and a Master of Business Administration with a Global Management Program certificate from Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business. He served on the Policy Board of RTCA (formerly the Radio Technical Commission for Aeronautics), and on the board of directors of the Washington Airports Task Force. Engola is an associate fellow of the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics, a lifetime member of the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association, and a private pilot.
