Rick Ambrose is the former Executive Vice President of Lockheed Martin Space. Currently, He is President of Ambrose Advisors, LLC. He serves on the Textron Board of Directors, the Denver Museum of Nature and Science Board of Trustees, and Distinguished Fellow for Space at the World Economic Forum. He is a Senior Director at SDR Ventures and Senior Advisor to McKinsey and Company.
With over four decades of experience, He is a seasoned executive at driving growth, performance and improving business and program operations. in the defense and aerospace industry. Ambrose has led a significant number of businesses in support of military, commercial, international, and national security missions. Before joining Lockheed Martin in 2000, Ambrose was Vice President of Space Systems for Raytheon’s Command, Control and Communications business segment and formerly served as President and General Manager for Space Systems, Hughes Information Technology Systems.
He has a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering technology from the DeVry Institute of Technology, a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Denver and completed the Wharton Executive Development Program.
