Joel Graham is a Professional Staff Member for the Senate Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation for Ranking Member Roger Wicker (R-MS). In this role, he focuses on civil and commercial space policy, including U.S. space leadership, regulation, and oversight of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration. In his role at the Committee, Joel has worked on several space-related legislative initiatives, including the bipartisan Senate NASA Authorization Acts of 2019 and 2020, SPACE Act of 2020, NASA Enhanced-use Leasing Extension Acts, and space-related provisions of the U.S. Innovation and Competition Act.
