Amanda Rutenberg is the General Counsel- Space for Aerojet Rocketdyne, Inc.  In this role, she is primarily responsible for supporting the program teams and management within the Space Business Unit on a full range of government and commercial contracting matters, including: FAR compliance, drafting and negotiating terms and conditions, strategic partnering arrangements, and dispute resolution.  Ms. Rutenberg is also the lead company attorney responsible for managing significant litigation, as well as supporting the Government Compliance group with responding to DCAA audits and other CAS questions.

Ms. Rutenberg is a graduate of the George Washington University Law School, with more than 15 years of experience advising and leading businesses on a full range of litigation and government contracts matters.  Prior to joining the in-house legal department at Aerojet, she spent over 10 years working in the government contracts and litigation practice groups at Seyfarth Shaw and Kirkland & Ellis.

Ms. Rutenberg lives in Los Angeles, California and is a member of the California and District of Columbia Bars.
