Jim Lee joined Maxar in April 2019 as General Counsel. Previously, he had served as Senior Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at Aramark Corp. since August 2004. At Aramark, he led the legal functions for Uniform Services, a segment of the business with $2.4 billion in annual revenue and 21,000 employees, and for Refreshment Services. He also served on the board of Aramark Uniform Services Japan, a joint venture with Mitsui & Co.

Prior to that role, Mr. Lee was a transactional attorney at O’Melveny & Myers and also served as General Counsel at eConnections, Inc., a supply chain and purchasing software company.

Mr. Lee received his bachelor’s degree in Economics from Yale University and his J.D. from Harvard Law School.
